1. Purpose
This policy describes how customers and users may and may not use the Davanji platform and services.
2. Permitted use
The platform is intended for managing environmental, health, safety and related compliance information for the customer organization that owns the account.
3. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customer organizations or systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful payloads
- Use the platform to send spam, harassment, or unlawful communications
- Use the platform to store payment-card data outside designated billing flows
- Use the platform to store information not related to EHS, compliance, or related business operations
- Resell or sublicense access without written agreement
- Use the platform in a way that could damage, disable or impair it
- Use automated scrapers or bots to extract data at volume
4. Consequences
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without refund, and where warranted, referral to law enforcement.
