Each consulting engagement is governed by a separate engagement letter or statement of work that controls scope, deliverables, fees, and term. This page describes the general framework that applies to all engagements unless overridden in writing.
Davanji provides EHS consulting, advisory, training, and assessment services. We are not a law firm; we do not provide legal advice. We do not represent customers before regulatory agencies unless specifically engaged to do so under appropriate authority.
Our work supports — but does not guarantee — compliance with any law, regulation, or standard. The customer remains responsible for compliance decisions, implementation, and outcomes.
We reference recognized frameworks (OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ANSI, NFPA, NIOSH and similar) for guidance. References to those standards are not endorsements by the standard-issuing body, nor a claim of certification.
Our recommendations reflect professional judgment based on the information made available to us. Important decisions should be reviewed with the customer's own counsel, insurance, and operational leadership.
Davanji treats engagement information as confidential under the terms of the applicable engagement letter.
Consulting engagements are subject to the limits described in our Limitation of Liability policy unless the engagement letter expressly provides otherwise.
