Free trials require no payment. At the end of the trial, accounts may be downgraded, paused, or upgraded to a paid plan at the customer's choice. No charges are made unless the customer affirmatively upgrades.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time from within the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until that date.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion if requested within thirty (30) days of charge, subject to good-faith use of the service.
Refunds for consulting engagements are governed by the specific engagement letter. In the absence of a written term, fees for work already performed are non-refundable; pre-paid amounts for unperformed work may be refunded on cancellation.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@davanjiehssolutions.com within thirty (30) days. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period.
