Davanji offers tiered subscription plans. Each plan defines included users, sites, modules, storage, and reporting features. Current plans are described on the pricing page.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. Customer authorizes Davanji to charge the payment method on file at each renewal until canceled.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal pricing may differ from initial pricing if prices change; we will provide reasonable notice of material price changes.
Customer may upgrade at any time; charges are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period and may result in reduced feature availability.
We target high availability but do not commit to a specific uptime percentage at this time. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated when possible.
Customer retains rights in uploaded data. Davanji acts as a processor as described in the Data Processing Statement.
We may suspend access for non-payment, security incidents, or Acceptable Use Policy violations. We will provide notice when feasible.
On cancellation, customer may export data within thirty (30) days of the effective cancellation date. After that period, customer data may be deleted from active systems; archival deletion may take up to ninety (90) additional days.
Free-trial accounts not upgraded by the end of the trial may be marked inactive and may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
Features marked "Beta" or "Preview" are provided as-is and may change or be removed at any time.
